After a successful first edition in April 2018, the event created and promoted by Italmopa – Association of Industrial Millers of Italy is back.
On this special occasion, our mill will open its doors to all those who want to explore the world of flour, learn about flour production processes and its transformation from soft wheat to a finished baked product.
