World Pizza Day is celebrated on 17 January 2022, which became a UNESCO Intangible Heritage in 2017.
Molino Cosma, on the occasion of this “special” day, launches the Pizza Veneta with its “100% Veneta Flour” as the protagonist, the latest novelty of the Paduan company. This flour is in fact certified within the Veneto Region according to the ISO 2205 standards for the entire supply chain: from sowing to harvesting, up to grinding.
The Pizza Veneta is prepared with ingredients selected from the excellence of the regional agri-food basket, such as the late Treviso radicchio, the sweet Asiago cheese, the Garda extra virgin olive oil and the traditional Luganega sausage.
