We are pleased to announce that Molino Cosma will participate in the first edition of ‘MOLINI A PORTE APERTE‘ – an event conceived and organised by Italmopa – the Italian Industrial Association of Millers, which will take place on Saturday 14 April. By opening the mill to the public, the event aims to reveal the secrets of the ancient ‘White Art’ in a simple and transparent way: from the unparalleled ability of the Italian milling industry to identify, select and blend the best varieties of wheat, to their transformation into different types of flour to meet all the needs of consumers, with special attention to health and nutrition. The visit of the mill (by reservation only) will take place as follows: – welcome – visit to the mill (about 1 hour) – tasting of baked goods made with flour.
