Our laboratory offers training courses for bakers. To be competitive in a traditional sector such as baking, it is important to keep up to date with the latest developments and to look for ideas or new inspirations by studying the work of experts.
Learning innovative processes, perfecting old techniques, exploring pastry making as well as bakery can give expert bakers a useful refresher on the fundamentals.
Not just an ordinary course for bakers
Molino Cosma offers bread-making courses to explore a variety of topics, from baked goods to raw materials, an introduction to pastry making, but also bakery marketing.
A baking course must certainly cover practical skills and techniques for various bakery products, but it can also provide useful marketing advice on how to promote your business and make it more attractive for customers. All meetings will features industry experts as special guests – professional pastry chefs, bakers and marketing teachers, who will hold lessons and workshops on different topics.
